This Return Policy applies to physical goods purchased from Admiral Lake & Pond Restoration.
When does the Return Policy apply?
Unfortunately, manufacturing errors – though rare – can happen. If your item is defective and under warranty, we will ensure it gets replaced or repaired with a fully-functioning unit that meets your needs and expectations. Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us.
How does our Return Policy work?
Send us the required documentation: In order to activate our return policy, customers must first send us a receipt or proof of purchase. We will also need an email with a brief description of the problem as well as pictures and/or video. Products may be returned for exchange, but refunds will not be permitted.
Get an RMA: Before sending any product(s) in for exchange, the customer must also be granted an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Admiral. Exchanges without an RMA will not be accepted.
Send us the product: After being granted an RMA, customers will be responsible for shipping the unit to us here at Admiral within 30 days. If the returned product is found to be eligible for exchange, Admiral will then cover the shipping costs to send a new or repaired unit back to the customer.
Important information regarding our Return Policy:
- Admiral only exchanges items for the same item. If that item is currently out of stock, we will issue a store credit for another item on our site, or the customer may choose to wait until the item is back in stock.
- Depending on each customer’s location, the time it may take for exchanged products to arrive may vary.
- When shipping an item over $75, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item as it is outside of our control.
- In order to be eligible for a product exchange, the product(s) in question must comply with our Limited Warranty Policy.
- Once again, Admiral does not offer refunds.
- Only items that are new or slightly used defective or damaged may be exchanged.
